Fixed.
We're making a change to make all member reports public.
We're sick of the anonymous closure of accounts by members who, for whatever reason, seem to feel it's OK to abuse their status.
We'll let the public notice of who closed whom speak for itself.
cheers

Hi,
Did any one among the MVP's announced today got their 1000 points? I did not get yet, wondering when will it be credited?
However I am happy to be awarded, and congrats to other MVP's too.
Thanks

As I see it's not on the reputation list, but my points jumped by 1000...

Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?

It's not a bug. They add participant points(1000) to reputation history(dated 1st Jan every year which marks the 1st point entry in new year).

I voted (I thought) to have an object deleted in the message moderation queue. I thought it was a reference to spam posted by SA (the reference) but it seems it may have been a reference to SA being a spammer. Have I contributed to SA being banned? Not sure but his profile has disappeared.

Yes. If you vote a message as spam in the moderation queue you remove not only the messages, but the user account too...
Quote: Please check the context of the message. If it is in the forums 'Bug & Suggestions' or 'The Lounge' it may be discussing a Spam message rather than being one.

OK I did not want to vote SA's message as spam nor ban him but I can see how it happened. I hope he is reinstated soon.

Not sure if it's allowed, but had to create a temporary account to report this. Anyway, I will close this once my original account is back.

I am impressed by this free book that a large group of Bulgarian, and, I assume, programmers from other other countries, produced, sponsored by Telerik's Academy): [^].
Does this "ring any bells" at CodeProject ?
