Three notifications have just appeared, include one I'd already marked as read.
Restarting the browser didn't make any difference to the "new messages since" and QA reputation points bugs.
uBO and Privacy Badger are installed, but disabled for CodeProject.
I also have HTTPS Everywhere installed in Firefox, but not in Chrome.
I've also tried in IE11, which has no blockers or add-ons running. The QA rep bug persists.

Both bugs are still happening 30+ hours later, across multiple browsers, and after a complete restart of the computer.
In Internet Explorer, I've deleted all cookies, temporary storage, and cached data. After signing in again, the problem still persists.
I'm pretty confident this isn't a problem on my end. Am I the only one experiencing these bugs?

The little red box that normally appears in the header to tell me there are replies to my messages isn't appearing.

For me it appears, but when I go to one of the messages then it disappears and won't come back until I close browser and log in again

... the affectation quickly goes away (it's as if something locally was zapping the CPU cycles) ... like my memory of attempting to pluck an eyebrow, after discovering my mother in her mirror one evening before heading out to a party with Dad at age 8 ... just fragrant and not really that painful.

It doesn't go away for me. It's still happening for every QA post, despite multiple refreshes, and in multiple browsers.

... an "Are you sure" popup when reporting spam? It just makes it more tedious to do. I appreciate that you don't want accidental votes, but I am sure the majority of us "spam reporters" are reasonably careful before we report.

I plan to rework it so you can undo a report more easily, minimising the need for confirmation popups.

To add to the previous issue when the approve option is clicked on a pending article the dialog that pops up asks "Are you sure your (sic) want to report this item?"

We've just completed a fairly major update to the system that handles users and user data (Thank you very much GDPR) so I'm expecting a few glitches here and there. We'll get this one fixed later today.

The usernames of the people are being filled with the content, and the content is same at its place.
This thread for example, has the comments, but however the comments are having a problem. I thought perhaps it was a trick, but no, a hamster somewhere.
See this screenshot: Screenshot (460).png - Google Drive—The comments are from the answer that was deleted due to flags, so it might be hidden for some users.

Tried in the last 60 Min. to post comments in Q&A for the Q. Seems not to work, I do not see the comments. This with IE and Chrome.

We've been updating the system all day so it's been a bit messy.
It's after midnight here now so we'll do mopping up later today. We tested as much as we could but we know there will be some head slappers we missed.

Am I the only one experiencing "hangs" for the last couple of weeks?
It seems like every few requests, the site will "hang" for up to five minutes, with no response to any requests.
Opening the site up in another browser responds instantly, so I suspect it's something to do with locking the session data.
