Could be me - when you mouse over the title bar on most pages:
"home articles quick answers" etc you'll get a popup / drop down menu. In firefox (as I'm typing this), behavior is correct, I can scroll down and select something.
On chrome, as soon as a leave the heading - say discussions - the drop down menu disappears. IE 11 behaves the same way.
ideas?

I am using Chrome 59.0.3071.115 and have never seen the problem.

Well, this morning it was chronic. Put my machine to sleep, moved locations, now seems to be working.
Hmm.

It's not the first time this issue has been raised and I've seen it myself. It seems to be an intermittent issue maybe only happening 2% of the time, but it does happen.

I don't doubt it, but I have yet to be affected.

There is now!
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism.
Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

When you upvote a post you get a message. It used to state the total rating, but now it says: You voted X. Rating is now Y upvotes , which can be a bit confusing. (In my example, I voted 5, and there were 4 votes, so I though there was a downvoter at first).
It this intended? If so, could the message be changed to be a little more clear?

Would "thanks for the vote. There are now 5 updatesupvotes" be clearer?

Mostly. The updates part though... (was that supposed to be upvotes?)

While the similar bug for forum messages has been fixed it seems it has "moved" to comments.
[UPDATE]
There were no comments listed since yesterday noon but now they all show up.

Yes, as said in the edit.
Initially I wanted to check a comment using the history but it wans't there - including all comments of the last 24 hours. So I used my list of comments. But visiting the history later, all comments where there.
