I am getting too many weekly newsletters titled "Weekly Newsletter (7 Mar 2016)" today. Anyone else have this problem ? I have deleted at least 15 emails so far. View image: newsletter[^]

``You do not have sufficient Reputation to vote in this survey``
Noticed this while trying to vote a survey today.
Is there any changes has been made to the rule for voting or it's just a bug?

Not a big Thing, only FYI:
I tried to Change "Where should i post my experience" to "Where should I post my experience", but it does not work.
This I tried here: Where should i post my experience? ....[^]

I've spotted this as well. Looks like a caching issue - we'll look into it first thing Monday.

Take your time for this, it is really not that important.
Thank you for your Feedback.

Still not worth to bother about it, only FYI:
I corrected
"Thank you very much I advance." into
"Thank you very much in advance."
and this works. At the same time I also modified the subject again, but the subject prefers to remain

"Where should i post my experience" vs.
"Where should I post my experience" vs.
"Where should we post our experience"
solved it. Please take it as solved from a user side and feel free to investigate to the real issue.
It is that a small issue, please do not pay too many Attention to it, thank you.

Sorry, did I interrupted your debug with my modification?
If yes, simply give me a hint, I will to try to establish the Situation.

Chrome Version 49.0.2623.75 beta-m (64-bit)
JavaScript for all sites enabled.
No ad-blocker running.
Hola VPN used to set browsing location to U.S.
The home page appears with no "blank rectangle" of the type I would expect to see if video content had been blocked.
Looking "under the hood" via Chrome's inspector, and by viewing page source: no sign of any reference to FSharpConf.
I wonder if the humongous Hosts file I use from MVP might have some IP blocked that the video uses.
thanks, Bill

I'd definitely try switching out the hosts file just to check.

We've tightened the voting criteria but you should well and truly be able to vote.
Can you please email me your votes and I'll try voting on your behalf and see what's happening.

Hi Chris,
I am too facing the same problem. Is there any reference for the new rules?
Thanks

Did you use any content / script blocker like NoScript with Firefox?
There was another change in the CDN URL's (now codeproject.global.ssl.fastly.net).
When this is blocked it might be the reason.
