Today I went to Quick Answers tab, and tried to provide him with a suggestion for how he might be able to complete the project. I was not able to find any button to open the comment box. Is it a change in the website, removal of the comments for the questions?
Might be helpfull for viewing: http://s30.postimg.org/b7u7x36y9/Screenshot_58.png[^]

And I'm using Mozilla SeaMonkey 2.30 on Window 7 64bit for x86-64. Same thing. I think it happened today.
The "Reply" buttons for existing comments are still there.

Even for me in Safari on iPad mini, the same case. Looks like a bug to me.

Same on IE11 and Android (and others previously reported)

Same in all my browsers: IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari - all latest stable versions...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

I just edited your question, and changed SQL to MySQL - and it worked fine.
It may have been a one off? Finger trouble? Seems to work fine to me...

As title, randomly you're getting redirected to domain.com if you go to the home page or click or some articles, a refresh tends to fix it...

yes, I posted in there...but thought I'd post in the proper place too.

Perhaps you misunderstood something. I merely referenced the Lounge post for the hamsters to look at as it was relevant to the bug you have posted here, I already had noticed your post in that thread.
Your time will come, if you let it be right.

I'm posting this here because the information may help to track down the issue.
[EDIT]
If this is server dependant: I have actually connections the web02 and web03 servers.
[/EDIT]
I have used wget to check the server responses:
data:~ # wget -vS --save-headers --no-cache http://www.codeproject.com/

The above is the expected behaviour. This happens when redirecting occurs:
