I've suspected this for a few days, but it is kinda noticable today: this answer[^] I have no notifications, and have had not emails for at all.
I just double checked my settings, and all three email notifications
Enable general forum notification emails
Enable article forum notification emails
Enable Quick Answers notification emails Are ticked.
A quick check of my emails says that I haven't had an email for QA since 16:10 yesterday. Loads from the lounge though!
Chrome 35.0.1916.114, Outlook 2010, Win 7. (And I run POP3, with Outlook the only app that removes emails from the server, the tablet takes a copy, but doesn't remove)

Not sure, but I too didn't receive notifications to a few responses I got between 26th and 28th of may. I suspected our mail server first (it did block mails from other servers), but so far I couldn't verify that. I'm not aware of missing notifications last week, but I didn't specifically check either.
P.S.:
Just noticed that I got two comments to my solution here[^], but no notifications! The problem still persists.

what is the wrong with that question? OP gave error details and full code error can reproduce and asking for help. for me it was complete question. Most of the questions ask for code but this question is ideal and fit in to quick answer question section but unfortunately it was closed!
I have answered this question and OP has accepted it as answer to the question. But now after closing we can't see any answer. 
there should be a way to Re Open closed question. at least after OP edited contend of the question after closing.
It is better to show the answers even question is closed.

That can result in deadlock. What can be a better way is to increase the number of reports required to close the post or weighted votes. You can refer similar discussion here : Please reopen the post if possible[^].

I also noticed the same issue. All the links are pointing to "SMS notifications.....". That article has a very large file download count.

I updated one of my articles[^] last night, and was watching for it to come through on the C++ latest articles. But it never did although it was approved. Looking into the situation, it was tagged 'Windows, Dev, Intermediate, Visual Studio', and it was in the Articles » Languages » C / C++ Language » General section. Evidently your logic only puts things through to the 'new' listings by tags?
I've re-edited the article's tags to include 'C++' (and removed the VS and Windows) so hopefully it will appear correctly when it is reapproved, but the question is should the article's section somehow be incorporated into the Latest Article feeds?

Not a bad idea, but we do tend to work on the assumption that an author writing a C++ article would add C++ as a tag.
In any case I've added C++ as the default tag of the C++ section (and am giving myself an odd look as to why I didn't do that before)

The Asp.Net web site where I originate by BLOG updated to Orchard CMS.
This caused 3 articles to be resubmitted to Code Project automatically. Someone approved them.
Now the code has the originally formatting which doesn't work here.
I couldn't find anyway to roll them back to the previous version. Is there a way to roll back to earlier versions?

Actually they are exact duplicates of their originals, so I simply deleted the duplicates (the new posts). Thank you kindly for reporting this!

I've rescued the formatting on the one, and fixed the images on another. I can see you working away at the third.

Unfortunately, I was unable to fix the third article.
Secret Covert Hush-Hush White Space in the DOM…EXPOSED![^]
I tried editing the article directly and copying the HTML to notepad, working on that and then pasting it back in. In both cases the article gets corrupted. Apparently I am too stupid to use the Code Project editor. Or perhaps there is another explanation.

That doesn't make sense to me. Hopefully, you can also fix the third article.
