I see many questions with tag VB>NET , which should be tagged with VB.NET . There may be many of such incorrect tags present.
In my opinion, we should remove these and replace the existing tags in questions with correct tags with one go. This option should be provided to some of the members or to the admins only, so that it does not create further issues.
How many of you agree with me?

Correct. I guess everyone does not have the Privilege to create a tag (only silver members as shown in profile).
Still there are misspelled tags present in the system and there is no option to edit them.

Just posted a message in the Lounge: I like the "post it" on the right hand side (which has now disappeared )
telling people in red letters not to post programming questions there.
Good idea - well done!

Do you mean the yellow pop-up? Probably it disappeared because you clicked on the "X" in the top-right corner, you can get it back by clicking on the "Posting Guidelines" link.

Many/most/all forums have a some sticky messages at the top about stuff like how to ask a message.
At least for me they look the same as any other message. Maybe better if they stuck out a bit more. Maybe a slightly bigger font or something.

Rohan raised this a couple of days ago: http://www.codeproject.com/Messages/4839530/Signatures.aspx[^]
A member who has a web address as his signature: "blacklisthackers" : http://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=10856596[^]
A quick google says they claim to be "Blacklisthackers | Greatest Hacker Site in all the Land" (which sounds rather unlikely, it's probably more likely to be wanna-be script kiddies) but I'm not sure if this is grounds for abuse votes - Rohan did mention it to him, but I have no idea if he listened.
Certainly, I have no plans to go there and find out - script kiddies bring out the juvenile and puerile in me - but is that site an appropriate sig?
I'll let you decide, it's your site!

It's a spam message and we get them constantly:
"Thanks for the article - it was really helpful"

It's a very standard pattern for spam messages.

Database articles no longer appear on the frontpage. Am I doing something wrong or is this by design?

Ok, I am not sure if I am the only one seeing this[^] CSS issue.
I think it's due to the ovals it is showing under summary section instead of rectangles like everybody else?
Whether I think I can, or think I can't, I am always bloody right!

Its customized CSS. Code project provides this facility to every member. Go to Settings. The last tab will be Customisation. You can put there CSS Classes and it will be applied to your profile page.
.member-profile table table tr:nth-child(1) td {
padding: 20px !important;
height: 60px !important;
width: 60px !important;
min-width: 60px !important;
border-radius: 60px;
box-shadow: 8px 8px 3px #aaa;
}
Put this and this issue will also be there with your profile page...

If you wan't it you can get it (ony $50 today!!!)
Got to your settings->customization, and past this CSS in...
.member-profile table table tr:nth-child(1) td {
padding: 20px !important;
height: 60px !important;
width: 60px !important;
min-width: 60px !important;
border-radius: 60px;
box-shadow: 8px 8px 3px #aaa;
}
.member-profile table table tr:nth-child(1) td div:nth-child(1) {
font-weight: bold;
}
.member-profile table table tr:nth-child(1) td div:nth-child(2) {
font-size: 18px !important;
text-shadow: 2px 2px #aaa;
}
You can do other shapes as well...

When I go to download article code all I ever get now is this WORKSPACE retardedness and the volumes of accompanying non-functional "X" splashes with aside messages using the word "future", as if there's some development going on.
Bad enough was the redirect with an occasional non-functional (short no alternate link while under the hideous "wait" condition) IE security check bar. Now there's THIS WORKSPACE krap I NEVER WANT TO USE!!!
And yes, I'm shouting. This has been going on for months now. There isn't even a link on this page to CODEPROJECT! Where the heck am I?

I was just looking at the feedback surveys:
CodeProject Spot Survey - Workspaces
What Do You Think of ::Workspaces?
and was unable to complete them because they have questions that require "Please choose 1 or more options" for which I do not wish to choose any options.
You'll never get very far if all you do is follow instructions.
