This question How do I get original record and duplicate of same record to show up from a query
Is showing twice on the question list when Load More is pressed. Both are pointing to the exact same question.
What I see in the list is
0 How do I display dynamic data in custom Google map?
1 Change datagridview coolumn as combobox
1 How to create customized alert, confirm and prompt function in ASP.NET C#
2 How do I get original record and duplicate of same record to show up...
0 How to tar all files in a MAC trash bin (if at all possible)
2 How do I get original record and duplicate of same record to show up...
2 Error with the term else
1 Clarification concerning how a reference type value is stored in the heap?
1 How to write a binary search tree to a text file

This can happen when our two Follow Servers get slightly out of sync. This shouldn't happen, but occasional network or database errors can cause this to happen. Since we only retrieve the additional data for the list, you might see data you don't expect.
When we notice this, we force a recrawl of the data to resync the servers.
Since this data updates quickly, due to the number of questions asked each day, the problem solves itself as new info is added to the list.
As this is just a minor, very temporary, irritant, I don't think we will be addressing this.
The effort to monitor and automatically correct differences in the two servers is too large for the benefit.

Hi,
I received a comment a while ago that a reader is not able to upvote my article.
State Machine Framework in C
I am not sure is a glitch or some other issue. Also, I can't verify if anybody else is also facing the same issue.

When trying to get a permalink the link looks fine but it doesn't navigate to the correct message.
For example this link Spam Account?

It is working for me.
What browser are you using?

Odd, now it's working also for me. I haven't even restarted the browser...
Either way I'm using Firefox (ver 88 Win 64)

Hi,
I have a project that is imported from github.
State Machine Framework in C
Recently the article status changed to "This article is currently in progress. This version is not yet publicly viewable" when I modified readme file in the github.
However, after publishing the article still its showing the same message.

I've alerted the editors. They will look into it.

Every new Article, or Tip, or Technical Blog entry, or Project goes into an approval queue, that awaits either an editor or approval from the community. Turnaround time during business hours is usually pretty quick, but sometimes articles can take a little longer.
Your Project is now live.

So the inline formulas are written as <span class="math">\( a \cdot b \)</span> but as soon as I put these in the next time either the Codeproject editor (or maybe some staff member?) edits the article the <span class="math"> and <span> tags are automatically removed. So they don't show up as formulas anymore. (I had to trick the editor in the question here as well but basically the same happens if I write this: \( a \cdot b \) )

Gary in The Lounge[^] is all there, but it is about 4 screens wide.
I haven't gone spelunking in the CSS; I'll leave that to someone with a map and compass.
If it matters, FF 88.0.1/Ubuntu 20.04LTS.

It's OK for me:
Chrome Version 90.0.4430.212 (Official Build) (64-bit), maximized, landscape, 100% zoom / 50% zoom (the same, I used that to fit the whole message in one clip), Win 10 20H2 OS Build 19042.985.

Hmmm it's all good now. Maybe a cache/update hiccup? I didn't try ctrl-F5 originally.

HTML: CPLinkProblem.zip (46.3 KB)
The word "Multicart" is a link, but doesn't but highlighted so it's only noticeable if you hover the mouse over it. As you can see it also doesn't appear in the detection details summary.
I've killed it to prevent others letting it through, but hopefully that should be enough to duplicate teh problem ...

Probably, but either the HTML they enter should be encoded so we can see it, or the highlighter needs to be engaged. Otherwise we have no idea there is a link unless we search really carefully for something not listed in the details ...
Thinking about it, @Chris-Maunder can you delete / sanitise this thread when you have enough details? No point in giving the bad guys a heads up ... I should have thought of that before I posted it.

Mathew has the capability to delete it - so either he's happy to leave it while it's being fixed, or he still needs it.
