It's a load issue. We're working on redoing our caching level in the next couple of weeks to tackle this issue

I also get the notification box on this forum.
It was working this morning, and I haven't changed email address or anything which should be causing CP to say I need to reverify.

|
|

Periodically you need to confirm that the account is active against an email account. I guess you are now due for this confirmation.
|
|
|
|
|
You need to reverify. The message should have a link to the send confirmation email[^] page that sends an email with a link. Click the link and you're gold.

Okay, just seemed weird that I needed to do that when nothing's changed on my end, but if it's intentional then that's cool.

Interestingly, that author appears to have deleted all their articles.

That article has been removed. You're viewing an old version.

Not sure if this is just me:
I'm looking at Who's Who, ordered by reputation (& "All Types"). I noticed SAK's account [^] isn't there, it should be between Christian's & Sacha's. If I put "Sergey" in the search name, he still isn't on the first page. If I put his full name in the search box, there he is.

I've noticed it has a tendency to leave a few people out, I suspect because their profile is busy being updated or is otherwise engaged but it could be something else. As a result I don't tend to look at the Who's who page if the site is busy.

At present if you navigate to;
http://www.codeproject.com/Members/daveauld/ - it obviously takes me to my membership profile
How about adding some more routes into the grand scheme of things such as;
http://www.codeproject.com/Members/daveauld/articles
/tips
/messages
/comments
/questions
/answers
/reputation
/etc.
At the moment, if I do http://www.codeproject.com/Members/daveauld/articles[^] it still takes me to my profile.
It will help making links look a bit better etc. etc.

Do we really want http://www.codeproject.com/Members/daveauld/reputation? I'm not sure the servers would be able to cope trying to figure that one out?

Not particularly, I was in free flow typing mode, only really need the key items.

Got the draft through for the case study. I am surprised how well it has come out! I have sent back a couple of ammendments and basically authorised the release on the back of them.
For some amazing reason, you even get a mention

I'm working on my own case study now. I potentially have two of them to do, and there's some other things I'm looking at for Intel. They are just so cool to work with.

Visual Studio 2012 and .NET 4.5 Expert Development Cookbook : A Review[^]
To me it is just pure advertising... The guys who validated the aricle should be banned from their home country forever !
ok, maybe not but a reminder should be sent to them... Or, maybe, I am awfully wrong and such article make sense to the rest of the community....

I'm not sure what you mean here. It's a book review in a section for reviews.

My mistake! I don't know how I get to that page but I was thinking it was an article amd I was definitely wrong!

It is an Article, it is in the Book Reviews section! It is a good idea when checking the content that you check the section and tags etc. All part of the Approval process.

Profile Popups are working for some users and not others in the Lounge at the moment. I'm getting:
Webpage error details

for approximately 2 out 3 users I hovered. There doesn't seem to be any logic as to who is working and who isn't except I found that all the really old hands, 100,000 points plus guys seem to be working but that could be the coincidence of a small sample.
Yes I do have the Profile Popups box ticked this time.
