Ok. Thanks.

I used to be able to moderate new articles but now I can not see the articles awaiting publication anymore from the home page.
Bug or am I banished for any unknown reason?

It might be that there is no article in the queue for approval, hence you don't see anything.

From last three days I am getting an error while posting answer in the "Question Answer Forum". While posting the answer I am getting this error "We tried to post your answer three times, but unable to post". In spite of that, the answers are getting posted to the forum. And I am getting 4*10 points for the answer. Which is probably transaction mistake.
Initially I thought It's my network or connection issue. But, one of my friend is also getting the same error.

Matthew made a fix today that should help (I'm officially on holidays - don't tell anyone I'm answering posts). Let me - I mean, Matthew - know if the problem persists.

Do I really have the rep points needed for that? I can see the articles awaiting publication thing on the home page. If I don't, that needs to be looked at.

You should not be able, as I have never been able to.
Maybe CP has change that, but it was only possible for people with more than Silver in "Autor" rep. What we don't have

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpfull answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

Insist. The author of an article can edit who is able to edit an article and can choose if someone has to be either:
- Bronze member
- Silver member
- Gold member
- Platinum member
- Editor
- Admin
Therefore it can depend on your status and the article authors' settings if you are able to edit a certain article.

We are not speaking about editing the article, but about who is able to approve them so they get out of the moderation and become a full public article.

I've just noticed Lounge upvotes disappearing. There's no indication that they've been cancelled by downvotes or any obvious reason why anyone whould downvote in this case, just messages that were green including 1 I upvoted now appear to have no votes at all. Poking around I can get the vote to appear and the message colour changes when I click on it so I guess its just a failed update pass on the page refresh. Might be nice to get a retry on that.

IT could be caching. Our ratings and forum message caching is not well synchronised across servers.

Thanks for looking into it. The hamsters are doing a great job considering the load a little cache inconsistency is only to be expected.

Thanks for saying that, but I getting caching fixed is very high on my list. I'm (rightly) embarrassed about our kinda lame caching. It's only, you know, the most effective form of optimisation and improved user experience and all that...
