Hi Octavio,
Unfortunately we were unable to set this right. For this case we're going to propose having a feature to allow members to change the order of authors as they see fit. But currently in this case they seem to force themselves into numerical order.
Thanks,

Hello Sean,
thank you for your fast replay. Both links are working now.

It's dead Jim! (At least for me.)

Whereabouts in particular were you having trouble voting? We'll take a look

When the cat's away, the mice SHOULD play.
I'm in Virginia if that helps. Actually, I wanted to vote a 5 to Ra-one's Special Family joke in The Soapbox. I even tried a few more links there, but they all just took me back up to the top of the message that I was trying to vote on.

I'm really hoping it's not a Virginia-related issue Do you get an error when you attempt to vote as well? What browser are you using?
Thanks,

IE8. No error, just a scroll to the top of said message.

We're going to have to take a deeper look. Do you have any IE8 add-ins?
Thanks,

Nope. Admins won't allow it. Put it this way, nothing's changed from yesterday (at work (as far as I can see)) when it was working. I'm off in ten minutes and will try again tomorrow.

Rebooted and restarted, and I still can't vote in IE. FF, on the other hand, works.

I suspect it would work for you in Chrome as well. I tried it in an online version of IE8 and it seemed to work. Could you please email me a screenshot of what it looks like on your end?
Thanks,

I logged out of CP and deleted all my cookies. When I logged back in, I was able to vote again, but once only. Whenever I log out and in again, I can always vote once only but no more. Weird issue!

What did you do? You broke my break and fixed it. 5 minutes ago the voting still didn't work and now it did without even closing the browser.

|

Does that mean it's all good now?
Thanks,

It was until a few votes later it stopped working again without a logout. Aghhhhh!

This one is stumping us, If you're bored you could go: Internet Options -> Advanced -> Display notification about every script error, and then let us know if an error is occurring.

That seems to have done the trick. I just voted a 5 on all of your and Sean's messages and it worked. Is it possible that there's a bug in voting and the "Display notification ..." option allows it to continue?
It failed when I went to the Lounge. However, on pressing F5 (something I never tried before), I was able to vote again. Really, really .

So I tried again. Looked normal. Damnit
But if I click on the reply, then back to the original message with an "&", and voila!

Could you please email me a screenshot? I've tried a few different things, but have failed to see it. Maybe I'm looking at it wrong?
