It's been working for me since about 10 AM. I was online about 6:30 .
Ah! Your observation - is that not the Cry of the Ancient Programmer? "It works on my machine".
Or, as Bill Clinton often put it "I feel your pain".

I don't check it that often, but right now I tried.
It is not that the list is empty, there just is no list at all, no borders no page navigation buttons, nothing... Just a blank page with the title in the left upper part.

I sometimes get the same thing as Nelek (the empty page). It usually occurs when first logging in for the day and seems to persist far longer at the weekends.

I don't know if this might help but...
If I open the Reputation graphic[^] directly... it gets totally blank (the same as reputation list), no frame, no graphic, no labels...
But if I change the register by clicking in "About Nelek" or "Privileges" and then go back to "Reputation", then the graphic is loaded within 2 or 3 seconds.
Pity is... I get the same error than @Peter-in-2780 with the numbers
Position of the mouse is almost the last pixel of the graphic, but the data displayed is at least a couple of years old.
But they at least are consistant with the graphic itself.

If it's of any further help, this is what the html looks like:
<div style="min-height:600px">
<a name="Main"></a>
<h1>Reputation History for Jörgen Andersson</h1>
<form name="aspnetForm" method="post" action="https://www.codeproject.com/script/Reputation/List.aspx?mid=2624750" id="aspnetForm">
<div>
<input type="hidden" name="__VIEWSTATE" id="__VIEWSTATE" value="wB2mQxsgwVwj+pedcu...">
</div>
<div>
<input type="hidden" name="__VIEWSTATEGENERATOR" id="__VIEWSTATEGENERATOR" value="263C252C">
</div>
<div></div>
</form>
<br clear="all">
</div> I truncated the viewstate. Tell me if you need it.

Hi - I'm back.
I was just thinking of stuff that, just by chance, you have not thought of. For example, when you check other peoples reps, are you in 'as them' or as you? Perhaps you have some additional priority and always get the timeslice (or whatever) to get the data. The rest of us, no so much.
That 'data point', below - my thought would be towards what is generated if there are no records (i.e., is the table just not built?). An error return is, of course, potentially very differently handled than an empty set. It does, possibly, distinguish between a failed data request and an inexplicably empty data set.
Just musing.
Karma! I just went back and refreshed the screen: there was the data!

I don't believe the sticky qualifies as "latest".

In the lounge there is a set of tabs in the top-left that show things like recent posts, news, jokes, etc.
More often than not I find that this just says "no messages found". It rarely seems to work as expected. I can never find any consistent reason why it stops either. Just appears to do it at random.
I would post a screenshot but as of right now it seems to be working fine.

Sorry, of course now you're going to want your account removed even more so.

Specifically, why can't I use *italic* and **bold** like the "Markdown tips" suggest. It's super painful to write the proper tags, or even break away from keyboard to click the buttons.
Not gonna lie, I didn't read the whole article, so may have overlooked some caveats?

Have you ticked the "Use Markdown formatting" box?

I saw this on another site which has forums:

A better option would be a "Shouting into the void" box that lets you type in your rant, press "submit", and then the message is thrown away never to be seen again.

Good luck to them.
The original idea was to be a pressure release but all it seemed to do was encourage people to be actively nasty at one another. It went from Rant About the World to a Troll Pit.
It was truly disappointing.

I think just put "soapbox" back, but make it a link to an external social platform.
