I would write an email an Sean or Chris about the topic instead of writing the IPs in the forum.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

Sorry for the delay in responding to this.
I'll check.

I have not received any Insider- or WebDev-Newsletter for a while now. Unfortunately, I don't have access to the spam folder, but I can whitelist e-mail addresses.
Thanks in advance for your help

There does not seem to be anything wrong with your subscription.
I suspect that for some reason it is going to your spam folder or your email system is block emails from our servers,

Thanks for your reply.
What are the email addresses used to send Insider- and the Web-Developer newsletter? I try to whitelist them.

Hi Matthews
I still don't get your Newsletter. I phoned my Web- or Mail-Provider and he told me, that mail.maillist.codeproject.com is on a blacklist (see Image on mxtoolbox.com).
Although I whitelisted @codeproject.com, for security reasons they strictly respect the entries on this blacklist.
What can I do so that your address no longer appears on this blacklist or do you have to take action yourself?
Thanks for your help & best regards, Cuno

I haven't been receiving the newsletter and insider mails since Thursday last - wonder if it has anything to do with the outage last week...?

When you type an @ code link: @chris-maunder you get a autocomplete list with a micro profile pic - very nice feature!
"Well done" to everybody who came up with the idea and / or implemented it.

@OriginalGriff I need to make it better, in that it should start with those in the thread, and then expand the range to those outside.
A quick and dirty hack, nothing more, but I hope it helps.

That's a nice idea - "relevant users" first, then general. Perhaps with "staff" always quickly available as well so newbies can raise something with you / Mathew / Sean easily without needing to know your names?
But the current version works well for me!

There are rather a lot of people whose names begin with orig ... Yours did not come up until @origina .
|
|
|
|

That's probably why Chris is thinking to make it "thread first".
BTW, you didn't appear until "Richar", and that was at the bottom of the list."Richard" brought you to the top (and strangely the only entry - I'd have thought it was a more popular name).

And now, @richard only shows Mr Deeming.

It seems we get different results depending on who we are. Or maybe it is just random.

It definitely looks to be random. I now get this entry for the same input

No way - my name always goes to the bottom of the list

I'd be very surprised if we really have top experts with ratings lower than 0. Looks like a wee bit of a bug.
