Maybe someone in your company has been spamming, or perhaps you're using an email domain flagged as commonly used by spammers.

The tool tip says:
but when I tried to search for the article below...
really using the "AND"
I suppose it is easier to change the text of the tooltip

I suppose is something mixing up due to a possible repost, but somehow it looks a bit weird.

This just indicates that an article was deleted and is still the currently accepted version. Later someone edited it and pushed it into the Queue for approval.
Once it does or doesn't get approved, this will likely get approved.
This is something we are looking at to avoid confusion, but is part of a bigger refactoring/re-architecting of the article edit/publish workflow.

I can't see it anymore.

Imported from github project:
https://www.codeproject.com/Articles/5205732/libpe
Github links for repository and local copy lead to:
Quote: {
"message": "Not Found",
"documentation_url": "https://developer.github.com/v3"
}
After few "pushes" nothing has changed.
And the post itself, after being an "Imported" somehow turned into an "Article".

I've tossed this at the poor sod who wrote this module. It's probably something he can fix quickly, if he wasn't up to his ankle in it, head first.

It's been a while, but still no changes.
And any new pushes to github do not reflect on article no more.

Fixed.

I have confirmed my Email address a few weeks ago, and deactivated all Email notification because I will not answer faster to notifications.
In fact, on screen notifications are the perfect tool for me.
- What setting did I missed to get on screen notifications and not on Email ?
- Or should I switch back to unconfirmed Email?
Note: I have got my Email address unconfirmed for years and notifications were working just like I wanted, the only downside is that I was locked out of parts of the site.
[Update]
Looks like I receive notifications (red square) from this forum, but not from Q&A forum.

Most probably he means the red flag with the number of messages.
It does not solve my Problem, but it answers my question

It is the red square on top, near your rep score.

I don't want my Email flooded by notifications.
I just want them on screen (ref flag).

Another missing thing is the Soap Box. The "Posting rules for The Lounge" links to it, though.

The SoapBox was shut down the beginning of this month.

And yet it's still linked from the "posting rules for the Lounge" sticky message.
