Okay, I've been away for a while, so I have rather a lot of missed notifications. I'm never going to have the time to read them all, so I selected All and clicked on Clear All. Nothing changed... Did I break something?
Will Rogers never met me.

No - I suspect it's the number of items you have that's causing the database to choke.
We'll take a look.

When composing a message (in IE) and press "cancel" nothing happens, I need to hit back or go to home to leave the draft behind
FF works fine, Chrome I didn't test

Chrome (v76.0.3809.100 - Official Build - 64-bit) on Win10:
Starting this morning (at work), the home page is displaying everything as if it can't find one or more style sheets. Unfortunately, we don't have permission to see the developer tools panel, so I cannot confirm this assumption.
Curiously, the "New Discussion" page (that I'm on right now) apparently CAN find the appropriate stylesheet, because it looks like it normally should.
Of course, being on a DoD network, they could have pushed some whacky group policy, but no other web site is doing this, so I'm assuming it's something wrong on CP.

We've moved to jQuery 3.4 and are still uncovering some of the weirdnesses inherit in this.
Are you IE7 still? Our logs show our < IE9 audience is so small as to be less concern than Safari on Windows, so we made the call to no longer support IE7 a while ago. However, I've made a change this morning that reverts to jQuery 2X for legacy browsers. Just finishing testing and will deploy later this afternoon.

Really? Hmmm.
Can you please email me a screenshot of what you're seeing? I wonder if one of the CDN's we're using to serve you content is being blocked.

New weirdness - it seems to have fixed itself. Maybe has something to do with the cache?

Well, I was wrong. It seems that if I shut down the browser and restart it, the CP home page reverts back to apparently not being able to find the style sheet. Once I'm done leaving this message, it'll be okay (probably because the forum code gets the style sheet from somewhere else, or is using a different copy of it?).

It is a style sheet problem - here are the style sheets being loaded on the indicated pages:
From home page:
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="/App_Themes/CodeProject/Css/odometer.min.css?v=2.8.190901.1">
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="https://codeproject.freetls.fastly.net/App_Themes/CodeProject/Css/Main.min.css?dt=2.8.190901.1">
From forum page:
<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="https://codeproject.freetls.fastly.net/App_Themes/CodeProject/Css/Main.min.css?dt=2.8.190901.1">
Once I've visted a forum page, the home page renders fine.

My article has been edited and now it contains a smaller mistake in the title. When I try to edit it the site says:
Article Submission Wizard An error occurred while loading the article. Please refresh the page to retry.
The article is this:
Martix-style rain in C# with WPF[^]
Where the title should say "Matrix" instead of "Martix"
