please help me i can't download source code , i tried that more one

There are thousands of articles here, probably tens of thousands - I haven't counted. To work out which single download of all those available you have a problem with (assuming it's source code here at all) we would need to exactly which source code you are having problems with, and what happens when you try. Even then, probably the only person who can help you (and restore the download) is the person who wrote the article, and we have no idea who that is either - there are a possible 13,847,124 of them!
So start by posting a message in the forum at the bottom of the article so that the author knows there is a problem, and maybe he can fix it for you.
If that doesn't work in a reasonable time - and remember, it's a Sunday, it's Super Bowl in the US, and most of the articles here are written by volunteers who have paying jobs to do so a "reasonable time" will be measured in days, not minutes - then try posting a request here: Article Writing Discussion Boards[^] but add links to the article, and explain what you tried, and what happened as a result please.

Thanks for your message. Which article is it?

If you opt to receive notifications in straight text, forum reply emails come through pretty squashed up - no line breaks between From:, message, signature, and DO NOT HIT...
I've also noticed there's no replacement for smilies - someone sends you a simple and it's essentially an empty message.
Not a biggie... but wld be nice to fix.

Tim! How are you?
Which email client are you using? Outlook has that thing where it removes “superfluous” new lines.
Can you forward me the email and I’ll take s look.

Yup - account's not hooked up to a valid email though.
Did you ever work on that stuff? (I still use it, but then I'm a dinosaur...)

Didn't work on it, but received UT as a result of making CP MVP. I used some of UT's networking classes in the MFC version of TakeStock (which was retired in 2011 when I released the .NET version).

Cool - TakeStock looks impressive.
I've done some work (for others) with the Interactive Brokers API, sort of auto trading stuff - but am not a finance grokking monkey myself.

From my point of view a very good thing you did to prevent from getting illegal rep points (which was possible for a long time now)

I use the "Follow member" feature to keep an eye on members I think may be spammers (plus interesting people too!)
Had a little tidy up today and the accounts were closed on all my potential spammers but I have to Unfollow manually.
No big deal, but I'd prefer if the follow just disappeared along with the account - but of course others may prefer to posit that they've gone.

This reminds me a bit on:
delete (p);
p = NULL;
without the second line is not a big problem... until it is a problem

Similar thing vice versa: I see members following me, but their account is closed.

Accounts can be closed and reopened. We have one particularly active member who does this regularly.

Using IE 11 on Winblows 10 (at work):
I searched for a message, found the one I was looking for (from Oct 2011) and when I click the link, i get taken to the most recent page in the lounge.
It happens on every message in the search results, but the message in question is - The Lounge[^]

Is it still failing? I am not having an issue with the links.
It may have been a caching issue that has resolved itself. It tries to do that.

Yep, seems to be working now.

I think it would be a good idea, if the self configurable settings that trigger an "editorial note" when composing an article (e.g. "Author Resources", "Product Showcase", "Third party tools"...) would just rise a flag and that someone with correct rights had to confirm that it actually is something that belongs to the section and hence deserves the editorial note or not.
Not the first time I have seen spam being published under sections with "editorial notes" as Product Showcase (I already raised the suggestion to create a batch for real sponsors and partner companies to help us differentiate them).
Now I have just had a look into the "Author Resources" and found more than 25 articles that have nothing to do with the section but still have the editorial note... more info in Re: Editorial Note in a wrong article - Article Writing Discussion Boards[^]
In my opinion Codeproject should take more responsibility where the editorial notes are published, in the case of the product showcase, the spammers can get a lot more attention from non "anti spam experienced" users posting there. Heck... even I had to ask a couple of times if a post / account was legitimate or not.

I found a couple of articles wrongly tagged as "Author Resources" so I wanted to have a look to https://www.codeproject.com/KB/mentor[^]
The filter is always set to "C#2.0, C#3.0, C#, C#4.0, C#3.5, C#5" (setting from my profile, I know)
The issue is:
I go to another register i.e. https://www.codeproject.com/KB/mentor/?sort=SectionScoreDescending&tab=3[^] and the list is pretty short, I remove the tags, click on filter... it brings me back to https://www.codeproject.com/KB/mentor[^]
The only way to bypass the endless loop is to go to the personal profile, remove the "favourite tags" and then go again to the mentor block and revisit the other registers, then the list is being shown in full length (which helped me to generate the list of wrongly tagged articles[^]).

had to switch emails accounts about a week ago. haven't received any of my usual newsletters since the switch. new account is at outlook.com. does the problem have to do with switching accounts or is it something related to outlook.com.
