The link is not working. I'm using Chrome. Is that not allowed?
I get a big black DOS-style window that says:
---------
Ticket: (No ticket provided - possibly an error in the error-system)
Error: An error occurred in this page. The error has been recorded and the site administrator informed.
Abort, Retry, Fail?_
---------
I would send a screenshot but I don't see a way to do that.

The article has been deleted. Missing files and missing text. Looks like it was an incomplete article posted prematurely.

If you start an article, and set the section to "Printing", the "Subsection" dropdown shows a couple of oddities: [^]
No biggie - but they should be removed if possible.

When I click into a sub group all of the messages always have 'new' besides them.
So for example in 'General Programming'/'Regular Expression' the most recent post was May 7.
I considered answering that post the first time I saw it which was months ago. So I read it then and probably several of the responses (presumably what I didn't comment on it further.)
And I have clicked on it a couple of times since. Every time, far as I can recall, it had the new on it.
But even today it still has the 'new' text besides it (highlighted in yellow.)
Be nice if the 'new' actually meant something.
I am using Firefox although I think I saw the same behavior with Internet Explorer in the past.

If I edit a forum message, and press the "Cancel" button, I get the "OK / Cancel" alert, but neither button cancels the edit - the only ways out are to commit the changes or close the page.
Chrome Version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Win 10 Version 1703 (OS Build 15063.540)
[update]
Ignore this: it looks like it fails, but it doesn't - it only happens if I right click "Edit" and select "open in a new tab". So obviously, it has no "Back" page to go to...

Does "Cancel" cancel the edit, or cancel the cancelling of the edit?

the typical conversion to clickety when posting a link has failed in several messages of mine today. I had to build the link manually.
Not a big deal, just wondering if only on my end or something is going on.

FireFox ESR 52.2.0 (32-Bit) here
Got updated today... probably something in our Group Policies is messing things up. I don't get the popup to choose "paste as is, quote and so on"

at home is not a problem at all.
We have FireFox ESR 52.2.0 (32-Bit) at work.
I don't get links and I don't get the paste pop-up for "quote / paste as is /..." and so on.
I have been able to use it before the update, so I guess it is not on your side but in mine with the group policies, I think they have deactivated something.
Thanks for asking anyways
