I'm asking this because quite often I see in my opinion valid questions that seem to be reported only by a single member and they are closed. Is closing a question becoming too easy? It can also be a misunderstanding from the reporters side.

QA questions generally need three reports before they are closed. After being closed they do not always show the names of all reporters.

AFAIK is 3 reports.
The informaiton that remains with "closed because... by ...." is sometimes not accurate. I have not figured out the pattern yet. My guess it has something to do with the highest reputation or the first reporter. The fact is, that it only shows the reporters that took the same cathegory.
I mean:
I report 1st a "not a question", you report 2nd as "spam" and someone reports 3rd as "not a question". Your name will not be in the message
when every reporter choose a different one, then only one name appears
I hope I could explain myself

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you
Rating helpful answers is nice, but saying thanks can be even nicer.

That could well be the situation. Thanks!

Correct.
We list the majority vote of the item, and list only those who voted with that reason. Doing otherwise would be putting words in people's mouths.

When attempting to quote from a message, the "quote from message" does not paste the quote. If the new message is empty, I get an error saying that I can't post an empty message. If there is text in the new message, I get the "are you sure you want to close this?" dialog box.
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

Could it be that the type attribute of the button needs to be set to "button". Maybe FireFox does a default type = "submit" interpretation?
Cheers!

Works like a charm now.
Judging from a quick look I couldn't make out the changes.
Would you mind telling us what did the trick?

Unfortunately not - the rubbish answer is no more, and my downvote is a heavy hitter so I don;t like to "throw it around"!
I'll see what comes up - this is QA after all, so there will be some stupidity along shortly...

I use Firefox and have "about:newtab" as starting page, "CP...Todolist" is one of the pages I have "pinned" on the starting-page.
The only problem is: the thumbnail is and stays empty. Firefox-help writes that "some webpages does not allow the creation of thumbnails": https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/thumbnails-new-tab-page-missing-how-get-them-back
Is it possible that CP is one of these sites?
