I actually have a simple program that will parse the user names, their biographies, and homepage, and put it in a grid for review. Its a bit quicker reviewing it on a grid than going over the users on the Who's who page. I'll probably write an article once the code is finalized. Right now, I'm still thinking if the program is worthy of an article.

I notice, especially clicking on a link from the CP newsletter (coincidence probably?), that the discussions menu shows "Bold indicates new messages since 22:00 31 Dec '99" and all the discussion links are bold. I have noticed this before and it is intermittent. Use FireFox 6 currently, Windows 7. Not sure if this is on my end or not. Usually it shows just since a few days/weeks when I visit each time. I see old posts similar but no dates as old as Dec '99.

The cause of this would be cookies being deleted, blocked, or if you're using a new machine or browser.

Just to head off the inevitable, here are the current bugs in these buttons
- indent and outdent apply only to text you select. This means if you select a partial line, it may not be outdented correctly, or when indenting, the indent will be applied from the beginning of the selection, not the beginning of the line
- after indent/outdent, the selection is unselected, meaning it's tedious to in/outdent multiple times
- the untab does not correctly replace mixed tabs and spaces with spaces. For instance, 3 spaces and a tab is the same as a single tab (assuming 1 tab = 4 spaces)
The buttons were whipped up in 5 mins just to have "something". I'm travelling for a week so hopefully I'll get a chance in airports or 37,000ft above the Atlantic to get some play time in.

Test 1 was an 8 line dispose method, with 4 lines of xml comment at the start. Initially detected as text, when I selected code in the past it was tagged as xml not C#.

Test 3 was a similar size xml comment and ~200 lines of "I didn't write and don't have time to refactor this method". (sorry no example since this is real code not autogenerated designer code). This was identified as code by default; but the lang attribute wasn't set at all.
Test 4 was the same code as test 3 but without the xml comment. Same results.
Neither 3 or 4 were de-indented.

We're currently using Luc Pattyn's PRE tags galore: LPCodeRecognizer[^] code for the code sniffing. I've been looking at some other methods, including that used in the javascript SyntaxHighlight class to see if we can improve the accuracy somewhat. Unfortunately we're completely booked up with current projects for the next 4 weeks so it's not something I'll be able to tackle until then.

The only thing I see in the area you mention is Bookmark.
Do I perhaps need a certain reputation level to have this option?

Possibly not then. I wasn't aware that you needed to be a particular rep level to use this. Oh well, sorry about that. Keep posting and I'm sure you'll soon rack up the necessary points.
