Yes, refreshing page solves the problem, but it should work without user interaction

I've seen this before, and I suspect it is just that the server is taking too long to respond, so the web page thinks it failed. May be some major database activity happening in the background.

Well, if you take full advantage of Code Project knowledge, you should hopefully improve as a developer, which may help you to negotiate that better job/salary.
Alternatively, you could win some of the competitions which have prizes of varying value.

I understood about knowledge that i already mention with my previous post actually.
I wounder that it might happend, people find it more interesting to ask a question then
answering, because if you want to answer you have to do a bit home work & spend time in terms of Google Search or share past experience or code review.

As soon as you have to pay people for answers, the popularity of the site disappears, while the quality of the answers doesn't necessarily go up. As far as I'm concerned, this is a very bad idea. I contribute my time and knowledge for free as a repayment for all the people who helped me.

There are people here that are so good professionals that don't need to do that "google search" 99% of the times.
I am one of those who do search many times to answer a question, but you are totally missunderstanding the concept. I do obtain benefits of it: I LEARN.
Many of my answers are not top-professional, but they help sometimes. The feeling of helping other unknown people is a reward as well.
In addition if I answer a question as good as I can and other member corrects me saying: That is not a good idea because... or that is not going to work correctly because... or whatever... (see point 1: I LEARN)
So yes, you need to do an little inversion of time. But you are getting the benefits of that research too.

But to answer you question: No, apart from benefiting from the knowledge and experience of 10M members, over 35,000 articles, 50,000 downloads and millions of questions and answers and a supportive, nurturing community, there isn't really any other benefit.

If you see out of 10 questions you will find lots of viewer who actually see that question,my point is how
many of them try to provide solution for that, is it because they don't know or they even didn't bother
to dig the solution?

First of all.i want your opinion that if you have some error or confusion which you are not able to solve even after so many efforts,you posted a question on some forum. You considered that issue as BIG PROBLEM,but actually it is not.
Now you are about to get a solution but asked to pay 20$(Rs. 1280/-),would you pay it? Think twice.

Have you ever thought how this runs? These are Code Project servers where this conversation is about to store. This servers can be considered more more more valuable than anything for software developer. Every firm has its business strategy and ads are part of that. Code Project doesn't charge even a single rupee for an account,and whats the reward? It cant be explained in words.
For us,at least to me, the content available here (FREE OF COST) is some thing that you cant get anywhere else(even if you are ready to pay). I am live example of the one who is 110% prepared from the help of Code Project.

Maybe I'm missing this setting somewhere?
For people who reply to my messages in the regular forums, all I get is a notification up by my name at the top of the page. This is ideal.
I can't seem to duplicate this functionality in the Q&A section. Either I get notifications and emails, or neither. Is there a way to just get notifications so I don't fill an email box up? Or is this a bug?

Try this: go to the "My Settings" page. Go to the "Newsletters & Emails" tab. Uncheck "Enable Quick Answers notification emails". Save your settings.
