I've looked at the Who's Who and don't see any missing Rep.
However, from the timestamp on you message, it is possible there were database timeouts due to backup. This might have resulted in it appearing that Rep was missing.
It is also possible that members created during this time may have not had their Rep recorded due to the same database issues.
I'm currently looking at how to improve our database performance now that we are running on SQL 2019.

I am not saying anything about missing rep.
I am telling about the counters. I mean...
versus...
Some weeks ago, it didn't matter if the user has any rep or plain "0" (zero) or even negative reputation (specially by trolls when downvoted) the counters were always visible.
Like 3 or 4 weeks ago, this behaviour changed

History is being recorded, but points haven't updated since maybe Sat Aug 22 @ 9:30am EDT.

Go to your Members page and hit Reputation tab and, in the far right corner of the graph "Reputation" where just outside the display panel in the graph's frame you see a checkmark image (refresh.svg) ... next to the time displayed in realtime local I guess ... click on that image, the reputation points will update.

I'm running Firefox, where it displays as a not-quite-full circle that ends with an arrow. Clicking on it did nothing, just like the other times I tried to see if it would do something.
EDIT: I logged out and logged back in using Edge, and all the points appeared, so it could be a cache issue. It wasn't that way before, however.

I was missing an index needed for speedy queries of the Reputation History.
Fixed.

Not to worry if it the aggregator misses you on a pass. As you do things that add Rep, it will aggregate your Rep again.

I don't think it's normal, but the history updates immediately and the points eventually get added on.

Agreed and usually total rep updated 5-10 minutes after.
This time Last action 15:30 and total rep updated at 23:30.

Occasionally when the refresh for the rep history page fails, an error message is shown that contains a small typo.
Obviously not a high priority issue

Using Linux Mint with FireFox 78.0.2...
When I post a message in the Lounge, either a new one, or a reply in an existing thread, I get what looks like a menu with a transparent background overlaying the page. If I scroll all the way to the top of the page, it disappears, and all is right with the world.
This does not happen in this forum, only in the Lounge (so far)...
EDIT - the offending menu appears to be the "Discussions" menu. And it also shows up when I just go to the Lounge page.

If you scroll to the top and then back down does it snap back into place?

This is why I abhor web dev. Browser engine devs interpret the standards differently(maybe the standards aren't written specifically enough).

It's worse than that: browser devs intepret the standards and then change their interpretation.
The only standard that currently makes sense is whatever Blink does. Blink is a fork of WebKit so Safari is close to Chrome, and Microsoft Edge has thrown in the towel and followed Google, so it's basically Blink or Gecko (the Mozilla render engine), which in practice means "whatever Google does".
So yeah: Firefox doesn't like our CSS. We'll fix it, but we (sadly) consider it a non-critical issue at this point. We'll fix it, but we have to be focused on the masses
