I am located in Sofia, Bulgaria. Bulgaria has only one time zone and official time in Bulgaria is UTC+3. In Bulgaria there are summer and winter times, winter is consider default. When it goes to it, it goes to UTC+2. I am not sure if they (government) still keep changing that or it has been made obsolete.
In your system there are two time zones, in which Sofia falls: the first is GMT +1:00 Sarajevo; Skopje; Sofia; Vilnius; Warsaw; Zagreb; and the second is GTM +2:00 Helsinki; Riga; Tallinn; Kyiv; Sofia; Vilnius;
I set several times the first one, GMT +1:00, and in some period of time it goes to the second one, GMT +2:00. So I have notice this change and started to wonder why it happens. That's it.
I believe it is not a security issue. I do not use shared machine and I believe nobody hacked one of mines. Account is old, from 2007 and during this period I have changed several machines, for sure I have logged from many places. I clear user data quite often and I also disconnect all existing connections, if any, expect the current one. However, I am not 100% sure, after all I buy a retail Windows 10 OS and I am sure there is a backdoor in it, but I guess only government security employees can access it and I don't see a reason for them to do it.

There is an "answer" stuck in QA moderation:
It's been there for 12 hours or more, and has resisted all my attempts to accept or reject it.
It may be an artifact of some kind: it's got no content, it's to an old question, and the member has been here for many years without picking up any recent rep points, even for logging in.
But it just will not die ...

Even after an update by CodeProject editor (Deeksha), my blog is still not showing up in the AI section: Data Visualization – Insights with Matplotlib
Looking at other articles, seems it just needs the AI tag which is present on my blog. Am I missing something or there is a bug?

I notice the tags on the home page are still old/auto defined. They were updated and are not the ones that are in article currently.

The front page uses our Follow System to group the content and select what to display based on your preferences. Unfortunately, we limit the frequency of updates so that the display does not get swamped by tiny little edits.
I've forced a recrawl of the followed events and your article is now showing in the correct place.

The biography of users that doesn't have enough reputation is hidden with the message: "This member doesn't quite have enough reputation to be able to display their biography and homepage."
And is fine like this.
But if we (long time members that help in the S&A or at least the protectors) could have a button to "make visible for me" we could be a bit more effective hunting spammers.

I've been mulling this over and ... there are some users that we generally just don't trust - everything about them says "spammer" but there's no actual spam in what they are posting. And generally, we add these to a mental "watch list" of people to keep an eye on. But with the mental problems affecting all us senior citizens I at least tend to forget some of them.
Would it be possible to have a protector-and-above option to send everything a member posts to moderation? And a list we could view and revise as necessary?
We have a "never moderate" option for those with sufficient rep, so it would just be handy to have dodgy members always checked before anything gets through.

Maybe not sending to moderation but keep the list anyways to have a fast look by protectors or staff? It would be easier and faster than having to go through searches or the profile lists.

The page refreshes automatically (automatically -> I have never been a fan of automation tbh), but the "Sort by" changes nothing in the returns.
How impossible is it to change from latest posts to something relevant?
(perhaps I need more memory?  )

What were you searching for. If you were searching for "*" then the default search is new->old as relevance is meaningless.

No. Let me give you steps to duplicate the erroneous behavior.
1. Go to The Lounge, type into the forum (search messages) "Bela Lugosi"
2. Since you've already cleared the filters there more than one time today after logging on, the page to which hitting the return button in The Lounge (the dedicated Search.aspx webpage) redirects where the Search box contains the search term. As you say above, "Sort by" is indeed "Created (New-Old).
3.Now change the "Sort by" to RELEVANCE.
Nothing happens. In fact "Sort by" still displays "Created(New-Old)" and never changes state to "Relevance".
I will give it a pass though for sorting by new to old.
Have I changed the title of this thread by implying that this is not the first time I've started FF today and I've been fiddling with the left panel bits? (On that note, the page widening behavior using a mouse where the right panel gets usurped by the content in the middle, page "justification" by a term, seems to have cleared itself up over the weekend  ).

Seems we (I) had a hack where if you are searching forums it would change the default from Relevance to Created(New-Old) on the assumption that this was a reasonable thing to do.
I should know better than to try and second guess the user. Just let them do what they want.

Upvotes and downvotes are both useful when used as intended. When used en masse, like the occasional drive-by down-voter, or this character of questionable character, they destroy the utility of it as a commentary.

I don't think either are warranted unless accompanied by some form of rationale. What's the point of an anonymous downvote or even upvote? I loathe polls where any idiot can just click. The rationale for an upvote might be as simple as "I learned something", but a downvote requires more justification. If it's more than a case of poor writing, the downvoter is claiming to know more than the author and should at least be willing to elaborate and even debate the topic.

I disagree. CP has a system in place to manage itself and one of those features is to allow others to vote on items or to report them as a certain thing.

All you are doing is convincing a malicious downvoter that they are right to do it: they are having an effect on you and that's what they want - a reaction.
We all get them from time to time, just ignore them and they will give up. It's not as if points matter, it's not as if they could be converted to cash (unfortunately)!
