Add hyperlink into grid view

Dear All,
I have following columns in my table-
1. Job Description,
2. Exp,
3. Company Name
4. Location, and
5. View Details

User will feed related details into the column, but View Details get hyper link with View Details all time into View Details column.

I need, when user click on View Details, then that user need to go to JobDetails.aspx page, as per event occurred on particular row.

Please help, I am developing a job portal, project for haunting job as a fresher.

I tried to do that but unable to get that what I wish. I am very novice at this. Please help.
