Chat page between customer and admin

I'm working on my project and I have question I need someone suggest any idea about this,
I'm doing a website shopping, and I would like to do chat page which will allow the customer to chat with admin
for example:
the customer can send a message and admin will replay to the message ( message or image or video)

What I have tried:

my question is how can I do a simple chat like this and how it will be the db?
