AFAIK.., you can't set font size for dot matrix from Appilcation.., you have to set it in the priter only..,

yes.., For your normal printing also.., you have to put the page break characters. in the file(for the File Printing). what you are telling are very basic we can do with that like Bold/italic, but not fonts/ font sizes..,
