An Error when Wamp Server try to online

I install wamp server 2.0, during install show a message as below
please do not try upgrade from WAMPS5 1.x.If you have WAMPS5 1.x uninstalled, save your data,uninstall wamp5 1.x and delete wamp folder before installing new release .Do you want to continue.
But I can't see any files from controlpanel->add or remove programs.
So I continued it. and installed. After finish an icon bottom of task bar. It is now online , when I try to Ppt Online then show an error as
"could not execute menu item (internal error) [Exception] Could not perform service action: The service has not been started."

What is the reason and how to handle.

I got it.
Controlpanel-> Admin Tool-> IIS-> Stop Default Website level
