Ajax Timer in Asp.Net Page....

I want to create a stopwatch in asp.net. When I clicked on a button, the timer will start from zero and increase by one second.

ie;

00:01
00:02
00:03
00:04
00:05
00:06

etc

I want to display this in a label and when I clicked on another button, it should have to stop counting.

Please help me to build this.
