Unable to Open ajax modal popup

Hi All,

My application is having real IP.Client is accessing the URL.After login the application he is trying to open one ajax modal popup by clicking one link.

Client is using IE8 compatability view and also allowed popups even i saw the same in goto meeting screen
After clicking the link at the bottom status bar.Javascript error is coming "object expected"

But the same error with same clients credentials by applying same clients Tools>>internet options>> security tab>>settings we have applied in our IE8 browser in my system i cannot replicate the error.It is working fine

Is there any network problem will present in clients environment??
