You call a dll in C# by importing it, or p/invoke. Login pages are trivial in their most basic form. As you asked for C# and VB.NET, it seems to me you have no idea what you're doing. if this is a web app, you did not say. I recommend going to the person asking you to do this. If they are paying you, have the integrity to give the money back. If they are your teacher, they need to know how lost you are, if we give you the answer and the teacher thinks you wrote it, how can he hope to help you if he thinks you're coping with his course ?
