Now if you'd tell us which third party tool that allows to send free SMS you'd like to use, we might actually be able to help you.

I am not having knowledge of any such third party tool so please tell any such tool so that I can implement that in my project.

Solution 1

If you search for a free SMS provider that acts as a SMS gateway you can send an SMS via an email[^].
Sending an email should be trivial enough.

Solution 2

There are many bulk sms packages available in market and you can just purchase your package and you just need a small script to use them in your solution.
