im doing my final year B.Tech IT, im supposed to do start preparing for my project..

If you are hoping to gain any form of degree/qualification then the first thing you should learn (not leave to the last year) is how to think for yourself.

First idea is to learn how to search. If you had done so, you would have found that any similar questions here on CP are met with utter disdain and as a result, a high degree of sarcasm.
