Upload a file into folder in Share point using C#

HI,

I want upload a file into a folder which i have created in sharepoint.
I have tried with copy.asmx its working fine when i copy directly to site. But it fails when i try to upload a folder in that site.

the following is the url with and test is the folder created in
Employee Change Notice

Help to solve this issue.

<Thank you Mehdi. I am working with sharepoint web service dll. More over I am able to upload files to share point. My issue is i am not able to upload when a folder is created in the site and i want upload my files into that particular folder.
ie inside the folder test which is created in site Employee Change Notice
