How to Provide List Work Flow to other system

Hi to all,

->This is siddiqali.I have created some workflows for the 3 lists and used few XSLT View Web Part ,And now i need to give to my team member using another System.

->I gave him the 3 lists on which i had written workflow ,But i need to give my list workflows to my team member.Can any one help me how to solve this problem
