Windows Application Listview

I have a listview with data. listview field is a concatenate field from database which means in database itemcode and itemname are two fiels. It concatenates as itemcodeitemname. When I am typing itecode is typing in my combobox corresponding item will shown in listview. Othrwise I am typing itemname on combobox corresponding item will shown. How these both can we worked?
