M such in big problem
m going to develop a software CATV broadcasting channel
my first problem is for broadcasting which type of .dll file i will attach.
second is the concept is software is play on pc screen n video dislplap on secondary means our TV screen.
how we make second screen.
that display vedio whos in playlist
please help me guys

Media applications are hardware dependent, and those systems usually come with a software kit which you can program against.

Refer to your documentation for your hardware's SDK and it will have sample source code which will help you out.

If you have problems, then post specific question which can be answered here.
