export to pdf in c# and formatting of that pdf.

I have bind data in gridview. And i want to apply export to pdf functionality. like export to excel format. and i have exported also but formatting of .pdf file is not correct. there is padding in columns and spacing between two columns is not fixed.
How to set the format of that page?

I have gone through many solutions. but didnot get proper solution of this. And now using itextSharp.dll for export to pdf but facing problem in formatting.
iTextSharp.dll is helpful to exporting.
