Do you have Good Soultion ? other forms would not be changed, when I change window display option

When I change window display option like that text size would be bigger,
I encounter some problem. Some forms would be bigger because of word's size bigger
but other forms would not be changed. I konw the reason.
However I want to have method to the forms said to be bigger with enviroment
like window display option.

Not chaning the forms attribute that you can see redbox,
Do you have good solution?
