Help for my VIetOCR.NET

I am using VietOCR.NET Open source to convert image(jpg), tiff and pdf files into text, it works well for tiff and images files, when opening pdf, it encountered an error like

The gsdll32.dll wasn't found in default DLL search path.
Please download and install, GPL Ghostscript from http://sourceforge.net/project/ghostscript/filesand/or set the appropriate environment variable.

but i installed Ghostscript 8.70 downloaded from some other site(softonic)
after installation there is no improvement in the VietOCR.NET.
the Ghostscipt 8.70 comes in the start=>Programes, when i click this there is a command prompt with white screen.

I don't know what can i do, please help me for this problem.
