Dear Friend,

I think google can easily answer all your questions. No one can help you prepare you for the interview, you have to search for various blogs for the preparation.

And about expectations, it totally depends on what job profile you are going and what you have written in your resume, which is the most important. What ever you have written in your resume you should be knowing all that and if you successfully answers all then you are through.

IMO You have to learn things(C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) from basic level which is recommended way.

Here more than couple of ways to learn anything in internet.

It depends on what the job position you are targeting, in case of a developer's job it would be expected from you to know how to write SQL queries.
Also you need to know how to make a database model, this is very likely going to be asked on any SQL related interview and they will want to observe how you model your data. Also as somewhat additional preparation material I would encourage you to check out these SQL programming questions.

Interesting questions, however those MVC and Web API questions look pretty basic to me, a lot more would be required on a genuine interview.
Also one thing that I often see is people neglect to talk about front end questions when providing ASP.NET, I feel that this should be mandatory (at least some basics), after all you are very likely be expected to know that as a web developer.
Something like these HTML, CSS and JavaScript test materials for interview would help in preparation.
