How to create MSI and CAB file for my project in VB6.0

I created one VB project. I need to deploy it in web server. Earlier i've done directly deploying the .dll file in web server. But for this alone i need to create MSI package and cab file.

1) Need to create MSI package for my project using VB6.0

2) Need to create a cab file for the same.

Kindly help me ASAP......

I gone through these list of sites, but i did'nt got the correct solution. I want to deploy the msi package in COM. earlier i've done through dll but now they are asking to perform as msi package. How do i convert cab files in to msi package?
