Convert .txt/.doc/.docx/.pdf file to thumbnail view

Hi
I need full solution to generate thumbnail view from .txt/.doc/.docx/.pdf files.

Problem:
I have created web application project.(Vs 2010, .net 4.0, Asp.net(webforms) with c#)
I need to upload file (.txt/.doc/.docx/.pdf) from anywhere and store it into the folder in to the project and read the file from the folder and convert it in to thumbnail view and store it in another folder in to the project.

Please could you give full solution using asp.net and code behind c#.
