how to modify notifyicon in windows 7?

I use C# NofityIcon control to change icon property, I cannot see icon be change in taskbar.

I developing for IM, when i got message ,the notifyicon need to flashing display.

No problem in other OS, Just WIN7 cannot be change..

How can i do it??

It works fine for me in windows 7 just by changing the Icon property using a Timer.

AFAIK, It works ok in Windows 7. What is the problem you are having. Is it still showing the default Icon.

Also check the icon format you are using is supported or not. :)
