Read CSV file on client side?

Hi all,
Is it possible that read csv file by jquery without uploading the file from client?
I just need get data from client side as csv file and manipulate the data on client side (jquery/javascript).I don't want upload the csv file on server side then retrieve data from server side and then manipulate data on client side.
