Dynamic generate labels in asp.net

Hi Friends

I want to generate labels dynamically and add it into my webform layout.
I have a table and i want to place that dynamic label to my table layout.

I have another problem. Now i am ad controls dynamically as your suggestion. but when i create a table it is only display outer border. now i also want to display cell border of table. please give me a solution.
