Use ASP.NET Image Control

On aspx page,

ASP.NET

<asp:image id="Image1" runat="server" ImageUrl="/images/abc.png"/>

For aspx.cs

C#

string imagePath = Image1.ImageUrl;

You can get other properties of that image too :)
