I need to customize the msgina.dll in the windows/system32 folder sothat am able to change the Windows7 logon screen.

You can't; DLLs are not editable. In theory you could modify it by using a hex editor, but you will most likely just break it and make Windows unusable.

Be very careful about how you do this. If you make any mistakes in your changes, you can make your system unusable (requiring reload). You also need to be fully aware of the security implications. It is highly possible to cause a security/login problem on your system(s).
