I need to customize the msgina.dll

Kindly tell the way to edit and the reamining till the deployment lyk how and in which application.

You can't; DLLs are not editable. In theory you could modify it by using a hex editor, but you will most likely just break it and make Windows unusable.

Probably, just ask Google.

Be very careful about how you do this. If you make any mistakes in your changes, you can make your system unusable (requiring reload). You also need to be fully aware of the security implications. It is highly possible to cause a security/login problem on your system(s).
