What I have tried:

I want to select file or folder with opendialog box from specified network computer with credential my logon user not access to network folder i want to set credential in my source code

If memory serves, you can't browse a remote machine unless you can supply credentials (i they're needed for that machine). You can't map a drive on a network share that you don't have access to, and if you map a drive network share, and then lose access, it won't even reconnect when you restart windows.

I guess what I'm saying is that you can't get there from here (through the open file dialog).
