How to add a progress bar in flash player like in other video player which can handle the position of video playing inside flash.
THANKS in advance, please help on this matter...a little help will be appreciated.

I have already embedded the (.swf)flash video in Shockwave flash object. and it is playing the file very well and my question is about the "bar" which every video player provides
