How can I use hyperlink on a pop-up on System Tray?

Dear All.
I want to use a hyperlink on a pop-up, from an application situated on System Tray, but I can't. Please help me. Using an article from CodeProject (Notify Icon control in .NET 2.0 with balloon tips[^]), already I am able to create a pop-up on System Tray, but it's showing now only plain text.
