How can I use a checkbox in a header template to select all checkboxes in that particular itemtemplate only?

i dont want to select all checkboxes in gridview, instead want to select/deselect checkboxes in a particular column.

For checkbox in that particular column you can use different css class and by using that class you can select/deselect checkbox you can achive this functionality.
